This generous villa, situated in a prime location in the hills of Port Andratx, boasts a dreamy view of the harbor, which can be enjoyed from almost every room as well as from the pool and rooftop terrace.

A staircase (45 steps) leads you to the entrance and the ground floor, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living-dining area with a fireplace, and a guest bathroom. From the living area, you can access the expansive, partially covered pool terrace with a BBQ area and direct views of the picturesque harbor bay.

The first upper floor features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. An additional room can optionally be used as a fourth bedroom. This level also offers a spacious terrace overlooking the harbor and pool area.

At street level, the villa provides a generous garage (space for one car). The installation of an elevator is possible at a later stage (prepared shaft available) to allow direct access to the entrance.
