You enter the apartment via the terrace, stepping directly into the open living and sleeping area. To the right, there are two built-in seating niches, which are ideal as additional sleeping spaces (each fits a single mattress). To the left, you’ll find a comfortable living area, while the center leads to the kitchen with an adjoining dining space featuring a generous, floor-to-ceiling built-in wardrobe. The open kitchen is practically equipped, and a short hallway on the right leads to the spacious shower bathroom.

On the lower level of the complex, the communal pool invites you to relax, accessible via a staircase. From here, you can also reach sunny terraces and a direct sea access via a swimming ladder.

The residential complex offers three restaurants and a small supermarket for daily needs. Within just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the picturesque beaches of Paguera as well as the lively pedestrian zone with additional shopping options, restaurants, and cafés. Cala Fornells itself charms with an idyllic pebble beach and crystal-clear waters, while a rocky coastline with hidden coves and more pebble beaches awaits discovery just about 1 km away.
