Very nice holiday flat with open sea view from the terrace as well as the living area and the bedroom. The renovated flat is located in a quiet complex in Cala Fornells, only a few minutes' walk from the centre of Paguera. You will find an open plan living-dining area with adjoining open plan kitchen, a double bedroom and a shower room.

The highlight here is also the beautiful covered terrace of around 8 m², from which you can enjoy the beautiful view of the open sea over the roofs of the complex. The communal pool is located in the lower part of the complex, which is accessible via stairs. From there you also have access to sun terraces and direct sea access via a ladder.

There are three restaurants and a small supermarket in the complex. In just a few minutes walk you can reach the beautiful beaches in Paguera and the pedestrian zone, as well as supermarkets, restaurants and cafés. In Cala Fornells there is also a small pebble beach bay with wonderfully clear water as well as a rocky coast or hidden bays (pebbles) at a distance of about 1 km.

From the airport you can reach Cala Fornells in about 20-25 minutes via the Ma-1.
