The living space of approx. 52 m² is divided into a living area with open kitchen, 1 bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub as well as a hallway. Adjacent to the living room is the approx. 11 m² large and covered terrace with very beautiful views of the sea and the surroundings of Paguera. An additional storage room is also available. Due to the south-facing position, the flat offers a lot of sun - even in winter.
All windows are double glazed and a marble heating system provides cosy warmth in the colder seasons.
A sufficient number of parking spaces are available on the premises. The spacious pool area with adjoining sun terrace, sunbeds and parasols can also be used.
The beautiful sandy beaches of Paguera as well as the centre of the village with the boulevard and the abundant restaurants and shops can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes.
Paguera is located in the southwest of Mallorca and is a popular residential and holiday resort. The town has a total of three beautiful sandy beaches, all with adjoining promenades and a variety of cafés, restaurants and shops, some of which are also open in winter. Palma can be reached in about 20 minutes by car and the airport is about 30 minutes away.
