The modern townhouse, newly built in 2016, is centrally located near the beautiful village square of Andratx, but still quite quiet in a side street.

On the upper levels you have a wonderful view of the port of Puerto de Antrax and the Tramuntana mountains. The magical patio with a small pool and lounge area puts you in the holiday mood immediately. The house is divided into three floors. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with bathroom and the garage. The open and beautiful bright living-dining area with open kitchen are on the first floor. From here you also have access to the patio.

On the floor above, two further double bedrooms with two modern bathrooms, both ensuite, offer sleeping space for 4 people. From the master bedroom and the adjoining ensuite bathroom you have a dream view of the beautiful port of Port Antratx. Another floor above is a roof terrace, also with a beautiful sea and harbor view.

Enjoy the relaxed village life of the beautiful place with breakfast or coffee not far from the house or drive only 5 km to Port Andratx, the fashionable coastal town in the southwest of Mallorca with its numerous restaurants, cafés and exclusive shops around the pier.

The house has a holiday renting license.
